Consistency Rules
- TTTPerformance Accounts – 30%, your highest daily PnL cannot exceed 30% of your total profits.
- Direct Accounts – 20%, your highest daily PnL cannot exceed 20% of your total profits.
Firm Rules
- Copy Trading Rule – Copy trading is allowed across Evaluation, Performance and S2F Accounts.
- Overnight Rule – No holding trades overnight and all positions must be closed before the end of the trading day.
- Simultaneous Accounts Rule – Cannot hold both Evaluation/TTTPerformance accounts and S2F accounts simultaneously.
- Tick Drawdown – Stops trailing on TTTPerformance accounts once its balance reaches the initial starting balance of your account. Drawdown is trailed on an End-of-Day Basis.
- Inactivity Policy – Accounts need to show activity during a five-day trading week. If not, accounts will be terminated. Account pauses are an option if you have a valid reason.
- Note: Trades placed to avoid inactivity (such as placing micro trades) will be flagged as system manipulation and will not count as valid activity.
- News Trading – There are no restrictions on trading around news events.
Payout Policy
TTTPerformance Accounts
- Minimum Withdrawal Amount – $250.
- Profit Sharing – During the first 3 months, traders keep 100% of their profits. After the third month, becomes a 90/10 split.
- Consistency Rule – 30%.
- Safety Thresholds – Minimum Profit Balance required to be able to withdraw Funds:

Profit Sharing – 80/20 Share.
Profit Target Per Payout Cycle – After the second payout, must achieve a 2% profit target of the account size to qualify for withdrawals, in addition to the other requirements.
Withdrawals from Safety Threshold – Withdrawals from within the safety threshold are no longer allowed.
Safety Threshold – Minimum Profit Balance required to be able to withdraw Funds:

Payout Distribution – Payouts are divided into 3 parts:
- 50% – Paid directly to you.
- 40% – Credited to your Live Wallet (this will later go to your Live Account Balance when TickTickTrader establishes that you are ready for that transition).
- 10% – Retained by TickTickTrader
Payout Caps Per Cycle –
- S2F+ $50k – $1,200.
- S2F+ $100k – $2,000.
Minimum Withdrawal Amount – $250.

Payout Processing Time
- Standard processing time for payouts is up to 5 business days.
KYC
- Needs to be completed prior to purchasing an account. Dashboards for accounts that are not verified will be locked after 7 days, and can only be unlocked after successful KYC completion.
