Novice and 2-Step Pro Funded Accounts

Consistency Rules
2-Step Pro Account and Novice Accounts
- No Consistency Rule on Pro Accounts.
- 15%, your largest profit day should not exceed 25% of total profits to be eligible for payouts during the Funded Phase.
Firm Rules
- Inactivity Rule (Challenge and Funded Accounts) – Must place a trade every 30 days. Note that the inactivity period begins after the account is purchased, not from the first trade. Accounts are failed if this rule is breached.
- Volume-Weighted Average Holding Time (VWHT) Requirement – To prevent traders from trading with very short holding times that are do not reflect realistic execution in the markets, all trades must meet a minimum VWHT threshold. The VWHT accounts for holding time of a trade, and the trade volume. Trader’s must have a VWHT of at least 2 minutes, otherwise the account is terminated. - Grid Trading Rule – Grid Trading is strictly prohibited across all account types.
- Maximum Risk Per Trade Idea (Novice and 2-Step Pro Accounts) – 2% of the initial account balance. “One Trade Idea” is classified has having open trades on the same symbol in the same direction simultaneously; or closing and reopening trades in the same symbol and direction within 2 minutes.
- News Trading Rule:
2-Step Pro Accounts Novice Accounts Instant Accounts Challenge Phase – No restrictions in the challenge phase at all. Challenge Phase – News trading is permitted with no restrictions. News trading is prohibited. No trading 5 minutes before/after high-impact news events. If there is a breach, the account will be terminated. Funded Phase – Trading is restricted to 2 minutes before/after any high-impact news event listed on the Forex Factory Calendar. Moreover, no more than 30% of total profits can be derived from trades influenced by high-impact news. Funded Phase – News trading is prohibited. Trading is restricted to 2 minutes before/after any high-impact **news events. - - Lot Size Limit (Instant Funding Account Only) – Lot size input per trade must not exceed 20. Violations of this rule will lead to a breach of the account.
- Overnight and Weekend Holding Rule – Pro accounts can hold trades overnight and over the weekends. Instant Funding accounts can hold trades overnight, but cannot hold trades over the weekend. If trades are opened over the weekend, this counts as a breach of the account.

- Fee Refund Bonus – If you reach 10% on your funded account you get a refund of the challenge fee + 15% of profits in Phase 2.
2-Step Pro
- Profit Split – 80/20 (Add-Ons available to increase to 90/10 or 100%)
- Consistency Rule – 25%.
- Payout Schedule – Every 21 days by default, counted by the first trade in the current period. Can be every 14 days with the Payout Add-On.
- Minimum Payout – $200 for Rise, $50 for Crypto (via Coinbase Commerce)
Instant
- Profit Split – 90/10 (Add-Ons available to increase to 100%)
- Consistency Rule – 15%.
- Biggest Loss Must Not Exceed Biggest Win – The biggest loss on the account cannot exceed the biggest win. While not a hard breach, you will have to continue trading until your biggest win surpasses your biggest loss.
- Safety Cushion – First 3% profit cannot be withdrawn and serves as a buffer to protect against breach of daily loss limit. Withdrawals into the Safety Cushion will lead to a breach of the account.
- Minimum Balance for Payout – Must earn at least 1% profit on the initial account balance. This should be on top of the safety cushion.
- Payout Schedule – Every 14 days by default, counted by the first trade in the current period. Can be On Demand with the Payout Add-On.
