Firm Rules

  1. Inactivity – Must trade within 30 days from when the account was assigned, and every 30 days thereafter. If an account is marked as deactivated, have 6 months to request reactivation, otherwise it is hard breached.
  2. News Trading – Allowed without limitations on Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Evaluations. However, trading is prohibited 5 minutes before/after major news events (according to Forex Factory). Profits will be forfeited for that particular trade, but will not result in the breach of an account. For swing traders, if you have opened of position 48 hours before the specific event and the take profit is hit during the 10 minute window, profits will not be deducted. Can trade non-targeted instruments.
  3. Hedging Rule – Hedging on the same financial instrument across accounts is prohibited. However, hedging within the same account is permitted.
  4. Overnight and Weekend Rule – Can hold trades overnight and over the weekends. However, you are required to pay swap-fee unless you purchase an add-on.
  5. Scaling Plan – If you meet the conditions, account is scaled by 30% of the original size:
    1. Profitable – Must be profitable in at least 2/4 months, with a minimum profit of 10% during the period.
    2. Payouts – Must process at least 2 payouts.
    3. No upside limitations on the balance. After the 3rd scale up, you receive a 100% reward split.

  1. Payout Frequency – First Reward Split 30 days after your first trade. After that, you can request a Reward every 14 days.

  2. Minimum Reward – No minimum payout request.

KYC

  • After completing Phase 2, you must complete your KYC verification before you get access to your Funded Star Account.
