Consistency Rules
- Evaluation and Funded Standard Accounts – 40%, no one trading day can be equal to or greater than 40% of the total profits.
- Guardian Account – 30%, no one trading day can be equal to or greater than 30% of the total profits. Only applies to the Funded Phase.
- Instant Account – 20%, no one trading day can be equal to or greater than 20% of the total profits.
Firm Rules
- Activation Fees – For Standard Accounts there are no Activations, however, Guardian accounts are an exception to the policy:
Account Size Activation Fee $25k $49 $50k $99 $100k $149 $150k $199 - News Trading – Cannot open or hold any positions 5 minutes before/afore a Tier 1 data release. News Trading is permitted during the Evaluation, however it cannot serve as the sole method to pass the account. Other trades have to be present to pass a thorough account review.
- Tier 1 News:
- For All Traders: FOMC Meetings, FOMC Minutes, Employment Reports, CPI.
- For Energy Traders: EIA Reports.
- For Agricultural Traders: Agricultural Reports.
- Tier 1 News:
- Inactivity Rule – Must place at least one trade within a seven day period. Failure to do so may result in an account breach.
- 2% Price Limit Rule – Trading is prohibited within 2% of a CME Price Limit. You can see CME Price Limits here: https://www.cmegroup.com/trading/price-limits.html
- Stop Loss Rule – Trading without a stop-loss is a prohibited practice.
- “All-in” Trading Rule – Prohibited to use maximum contract sizes early in an Evaluation process to overcome the Trailing Drawdown then downsizing later. Similarly, it is prohibited to trade with large sizes early in a Funded Account, only to downsize later is also prohibited.
- Inconsistent Sizing and Martingale – Do not support trading strategies where contract sizing is inconsistent, particularly those that increase risk exposure to recover losses (referred to as “martingale” strategies).
- Maximum Risk to Reward Ratio – Capped at 5:1.
- Scaling Plan (Standard and Guardian Funded Accounts) – The amount of contracts you have access to depends on your account balance.

Payout Policy
Payout Policy
- Profit Split – 100% for the first $15,000. After that, 90/10.
- Payout Eligibility –
- Minimum Winning Days – 5 days with a minimum of $100 / $200 / $ 300 depending on your account size. 8 days for Instant Accounts.
- Consistency Rule – Must meet the consistency rule for the account type you are trading.
- Minimum Payout – Standard Account: $250; Guardian Account: $500
- Maximum Drawdown – After your first payout, max drawdown will adjust to your starting balance + $100.
- Payout Cap –
- $25,000 Account – $750 per payout
- $50,000 Account – $1,350 per payout
- $100,000 Account – $2,750 per payout
- $150,000 Account – $4,000 per payout
- Payout Targets –
- 1st Payout: 7% of your starting balance.
- 2nd Payout: 4% of your starting balance.
- 3rd Payout and Beyond: 3%.
Payout Processing Time
- Processed within 48 hours Monday - Friday before 3PM CST.
KYC
- KYC verification must be completed before requesting a payout.
