Consistency Rules
- Instant Funding Standard – 20%, one trading day cannot be greater than 20% of the total profits made.
- Instant Funding Starter – 15%, one trading day cannot be greater than 15% of the total profits made.
- Guardian X – 20%, one trading day cannot be greater than 20% of the total profits made.
- 2 Step Pro (Funded Stage Only) – 25%, one trading day cannot be greater than 25% of the total profits made.
Firm Rules
- Inactivity Rule – Must place at least one trade every 30 days starting with the date of account creation.
- Overnight and Weekend Holding – There are no restrictions on holding trades overnight or through the weekend on any of the account types.
- News Trading – Varies by account type:
- Instant Standard, Guardian X – Can trade news without any restrictions.
- Evaluation Accounts – News trading allowed without any restrictions.
- Instant Starter, 1 Step, 2 Step, 3 – News trading is not allowed 5 minutes before/after any high-impact news events with profits earned during subject to removal. Accounts are not terminated for violating this rule.
- Minimum Holding Time – A trade must be held for a minimum of 2 minutes. If it is closed in under that time it may be flagged as tick scalping which is against the rules.
- Hedging, Martingale and Stop Loss Rule – Hedging and Martingale are both allowed, with there being no requirement to use a stop loss.
- Guardian Shield – In the Funded Stage only
- Instant Accounts, Guardian X – If your Open PnL reaches -1%, all open trades for all symbols will be closed. This is a soft breach and you can begin trading afterwards. Your profit split is reduced to 50%. However, you have a maximum of 2 breaches, after the 2nd breach, the account is terminated.
- If your Open PnL reaches -2%, all open trades for all symbols will be closed. This is a soft breach and you can begin trading afterwards. Your profit split is reduced to 50%. However, you have a maximum of 2 breaches, after the 2nd breach, the account is terminated.
- Gambling Rule – Although High RR trades are acceptable, risking 3-4% on a single trading (using most of the margin), especially with an SL is against the rules.

- Profit Split – 85%, 80% for Instant Funding with a 90% add-on available.
- Drawdown and Payouts (Instant, Guardian X, 1 Step Standard Accounts) – After you make 6%, your max drawdown gets locked at the starting balance and you must keep a 1% buffer above that level when requesting a payout. The more buffer you leave, the more gap you have to your max drawdown level.
- Minimum Trading Days – Minimum trading period to be eligible for a payout. Must make at least 0.5% profit for it to count as a trading day:
- Instant, Guardian X, 2 Step Standard Accounts – 5 days.
- 2 Step Pro – 4 days.
- 1 Step, 2 Step Classic, 3 Step – 3 days.
- Payout Frequency – 14 days after the first trade (7 days with the add-on).
