Firm Rules

  1. Minimum Trading Days – Both Evaluation and Earning Accounts have minimum trading days with a profit requirement. To qualify as a Minimum Trading Day, you need to gain 0.5% of the initial balance:
    1. Instant Elite – Earnings Account: 5 days.
    2. Instant Lite – Earnings Account: 3 days.
    3. 1 Step Plan – Phase 1 and Earnings Account: 3 days.
    4. 2 Step Plan – Phase 1, Phase 2 and Earnings Account: 3 days.
    5. Prime 2 Step Plan – Phase 1, Phase 2 and Earnings Account: 5 days.
  2. Hedging Rule – Hedging is permitted within the same account. However, hedging the same asset between different accounts or users is prohibited and will lead to a hard breach.
  3. Inactivity Period – Have to place a trade within 30 days to avoid account suspension.
  4. Position Stacking – Limits on position stacking apply:
    1. Same Asset Pair – A max of 4 simultaneous positions.
    2. Multiple Assets – A max of 7 positions across assets.
  5. News Trading (On Evaluation and Earning Accounts) – No news trading 2 minutes before/after high-impact news events. Doing so will lead to profit removals. If you have 3 or more trades in a single payout period with profits during high-impact news the payout will be void. Continuous breaches will lead to a breach of your Earnings Account.
    1. If the position was opened 6+ hours before the news release and it then hits the stop-loss, this will not count as a violation of the policy.

Payout Policy

  • Profit Split – 80/20.
  1. Payout Frequency – 14 days after your first trade in the Earnings Account.
    1. 7-Day Payout Add-on (For 1 Step and 2 Step Accounts only) – Can request a payout every 7 days for a 20% fee on top of the challenge price.
  2. Minimum Trading Days – Must satisfy the minimum trading days requirement depending on account type.
  3. Minimum Payout Amount – $100.
