Consistency Rules
Instant Funding
- Standard – 20%, no one trading day cannot exceed more than 20% of your total profits.
- Pro – 15%, no one trading day cannot exceed more than 15% of your total profits.
- 25%, no one trading day cannot exceed more than 25% of your total profits.
- 25%, no one trading day cannot exceed more than 25% of your total profits.
- 15%, no one trading day cannot exceed more than 15% of your total profits.
Firm Rules
- EAs & Trade Copiers – Both are allowed.
- Max Lot Size Limits – There are no restrictions on lot sizes.
- All or Nothing Rule – Trades deemed to be “all or nothing” or those dependent on this style will not be tolerated. AquaFunded classifies gambling as trading activity where margin usage exceeds 80% in a single trade.
- Hedging, Martingale and Stop Loss Rule – Hedging and Martingale strategies are both permitted. Moreover, there is no requirement for a stop loss.
- Wave Stops (excluding Instant Funding Accounts) – Applies to Funded Accounts only. If your open trades reach a 2% loss of your account balance, in most cases the Wave Stop will automatically close all open trades. This is a soft breach meaning traders can continue trading immediately after.
- Repeated breaches will have consequences: i) 1st Breach – Profit Split reduced to 50%; ii) 2nd Breach – Account is breached.
- News Trading Rule – News trading is allowed on Evaluations. However, it is not allowed on Funded accounts. Trades cannot be opened or closed 5 minutes before/after high-impact news events. Profited earned during this time are subject to removal.
- Max Loss Per Trade Rule (Instant Standard & Pro and AquaMan Accounts) – If floating PnL drops below 2% of the account balance, the account will be permanently closed.
- Inactivity Rule – Need to make one trade every 30 days from your first trade.
