Pip Back – Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 June 2025 (effective immediately)
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding contract between you (“you”, “your”, “User”) and Zenith Operations Limited (“Pip Back”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing, installing, or using any part of the Pip Back website, Chrome extension, or related services (collectively, the “Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Definitions
• Account – your personal Pip Back profile created during sign-up
• Approved Cashback – cashback available for withdrawal after the 30-day holding period ends and the partner has paid us
• Browser Extension – the Pip Back Chrome extension (or any future browser add-on) that detects partner checkout pages, applies coupons, and activates tracking
• Cashback – money Pip Back shares with you after a partner prop firm pays us an affiliate commission for your eligible purchase
• Partner – a proprietary trading firm (prop firm) that has an affiliate agreement with Pip Back
• Pending Cashback – cashback that is tracked and validated but still inside the mandatory 30-day holding period
• Purchase Session – a single, continuous session that starts when you click a Pip Back link or activate the extension and ends when you complete checkout with the partner
2. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date shows the most recent changes. We will post the revised Terms on the website and may also notify you by email or through your dashboard. Continued use of the Service after a revision means you accept the updated Terms.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- You may hold one Account only. Duplicate, shared, or fake accounts are prohibited.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it up to date.
- You must have a payout method supported by PayPal or Wise in your country.
- You confirm that using the Service does not breach any law or regulation that applies to you.
4. Account Security
• Keep your password confidential and secure.
• Notify us immediately at support@pipback.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.
5. Description of Service
Pip Back is a marketing platform, not a financial institution, broker, or investment adviser. We negotiate discounts and share affiliate commissions with users as cashback. When you shop with a partner prop firm using our tracked link or coupon code, the partner pays us a commission. We pass a portion of that commission to you as Cashback.
6. How to Earn Cashback
Step 1 – Start correctly
• Log in to your Pip Back account.
• Click the partner link on our website or activate the Browser Extension prompt.
Step 2 – Complete the purchase in the same session
• Do not close the browser, change devices, or click other cashback or coupon links.
• Use only the coupon code supplied by Pip Back. Other codes can void tracking.
Step 3 – Keep tracking intact
• Enable cookies and JavaScript.
• Disable ad blockers, VPNs, and private-browsing windows.
• Ensure no other cashback or coupon extension is active during checkout.
Step 4 – Submit a Cashback Request
• After purchase, fill out the Cashback Request Form on your dashboard.
• Provide the order ID, purchase date, email used with the prop firm, amount paid, and any requested screenshot.
• Submit the request within 90 days of the purchase date. Late submissions are rejected automatically.
7. Pending and Approval Timeline
• Once your request is validated, the amount appears as Pending Cashback.
• Pending Cashback is locked for 30 days from the purchase date.
• After 30 days, if the partner confirms the transaction and pays us, the amount becomes Approved Cashback.
• Purchases that are refunded, cancelled, disputed, or unpaid by the partner will be declined.
8. Payouts
8.1 Supported methods
• PayPal – see country list: paypal.com/bg/webapps/mpp/country-worldwide
• Wise – see send-to list: wise.com/help/articles/2571942/what-countriesregions-can-i-send-to
8.2 Your responsibility
• Confirm PayPal or Wise supports payouts to your country.
• Provide correct, up-to-date payout details.
• Pip Back cannot add other payout methods or override PayPal or Wise restrictions.
8.3 Thresholds, fees, timing
• Minimum withdrawal is USD 50.
• We aim to process payouts within 48 business hours, excluding weekends/holidays.
• Currency conversion and receiving fees are your responsibility.
9. Denials, Adjustments, and Clawbacks
Cashback may be denied, reduced, or reversed if:
- The partner fails to pay us.
- You used an unauthorised coupon or multiple cashback services.
- The purchase was refunded, cancelled, or disputed.
- The request is duplicate, fraudulent, late, or incomplete.
- Tracking was blocked (cookies, VPN, ad blocker, incognito).
- You or the partner reports the activity as ineligible.
If any Approved Cashback is later deemed unearned, we may deduct it or offset it against future payouts.
10. Browser Extension Terms
• Reads the URL to detect partner domains and may inject coupon codes.
• Stores only technical data needed for tracking and diagnostics.
• Does not capture unrelated browsing data.
• Do not reverse-engineer or redistribute the extension.
• Removing the extension does not delete Account data; email support@pipback.com to request deletion.
11. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
• Register more than one Account or impersonate someone else.
• Tamper with tracking, security, or the Service.
• Use bots, scripts, or automation.
• Engage in money laundering, sanctions violations, or illegal activities.
• Harvest user information without consent.
Violations may lead to suspension, forfeiture of Cashback, and legal action.
12. Intellectual Property
All content and software are owned by Pip Back or its licensors. You receive a personal, revocable licence to use the Service as described. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.
13. Third-Party Sites and Content
Links to partner sites are provided for convenience. We do not control partner websites or products. Any disputes about a purchase are between you and the partner.
14. No Financial Advice
Pip Back provides marketing and cashback services only. We do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. Participation in prop-firm programmes carries risk. Seek qualified advice if needed.
15. Privacy and Data Use
We collect and use personal data as explained in our separate Privacy Policy. Key points:
• Data is used to operate the Service, track purchases, pay Cashback, and prevent fraud.
• Essential cookies are required for Cashback tracking.
• We comply with GDPR and other data-protection laws.
• Contact support@pipback.com to exercise your privacy rights.
16. Disclaimers
• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
• We do not guarantee every purchase will track or every partner will pay.
• All warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
17. Limitation of Liability
• Pip Back is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount of Approved Cashback in your Account at the time a claim arises.
18. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Pip Back, its officers, and employees for claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
19. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your Account without notice for violations or suspected fraud. Termination may forfeit all Pending and Approved Cashback not yet withdrawn. You may close your Account at any time.
20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
• These Terms are governed by Hong Kong law.
• Hong Kong courts have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law gives you additional rights.
• Contact us first to resolve any concern informally.
21. Miscellaneous
• These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any promotional rules are the entire agreement between you and Pip Back.
• If a clause is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
• Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
• You may not assign your rights; we may assign ours as part of a merger or sale.
• We are not liable for delays beyond our control (force majeure).
